The Sims 4 won't launch.

Question

Whenever I click "Play" on&nbsp;The Sims 4, a message appears saying, "Unable to start:The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer vesion of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play."I've had this issue before, and I got it fixed by using EA Live Support Chat, but now, whenever I try to do that, Origin says, "Sorry, no channels available at the moment."Please help!

I have been having the same issues except that i have tried everything to fix it but it is still not working 😢

I keep trying to update my game but it won't do anything so i am stuck with not playing it at all which sucks 😢
