@vierbaka There's a similar, although not the same, error message in English that's been affecting a number of users recently:
I don't want to merge your post with that thread because the errors might be different, but I did want to mention it in case the underlying problem is the same and the message simply wasn't updated or translated properly.
At any rate, please create a new admin Windows account and try playing in that. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account. Please let me know whether the game works, and if not, whether you see the same error message as before.
Please also look for a related error in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to launch Sims 4, specifically in the new account If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away. If you still don't see one, let me know: that's useful information too, as it indicates that the game is being blocked from starting rather than crashing.
Hi, thank you so much for your answer! I took a look at the topic you've sent and it seems similar as nothing helped people in the thread as well. The errors I've got are "Background Task Host", "Runtime Broker" and "DVR in game and transmission" (this one I can't find the English name of, so hopefully my translation is correct) and their actions were stopped that seem to match the hours I've tried to launch the game.
On the other account, I couldn't even open the EA app at first, I redownloaded it and it opened, but the game didn't. This time I got the same message as in the screenshot I attached earlier but with the button to either "get the game" or "close", I clicked the first one and it showed that I have the game installed, so I don't get it.
I also just realized yesterday I reported the error, here's the ID: 35e723d0-2164-4446-9f3a-4715bdb00d13
However, I managed to merge Steam and EA account and I think that thanks to that I finally managed to open the game! I hope it will continue to work. It seems like its an issue on EA app's part. Thank you so, so much for your time, wish you all the best!
