5f9092eef2bd0dcf Did you change any graphics settings when you first played? I'm wondering whether one of those is the issue. If you can find Options.ini, wherever your other user files are stored, you can delete it to revert the game to default settings.
You could also simply try launching the game in windowed mode. For a Steam install, open Steam, select Sims 4 > Properties > General, and add -dx11 under Launch Options.
puzzlezaddict hi, i don't recall that i changed graphic settings. i always play games as it is. i usually don't change anything, and i don't have mods in my games. but i tried to find Options.ini, and i couldn't find it anywhere.
i did try launching the game in windowed mode, but didn't work. finally, i tried to add -dx11 (like you told me earlier) in the launch options, but it didn't work either. i sent you a photo, so you can correct me if i'm wrong
