hi i bought the game and downloaded it. i try to open it and it says only on september 4th . the date is september 2nd and the terms i've sign upon was i got 24 hours to decide if i want it or not....

so it's 24 hours since i get the game open to observe and decide?
From the time you buy the game/it's released you have 7 days to install and play the game.
Then once you start playing (the clock starts when you enter the game for the first time), you have 24 hours to play (but that's not your total play time, if you only play for say 5 hours in those 24, that's all you get)
If the game is not released in your country, then you still have plenty of time.
