The sims glitch

Hi, i started playing The sims again and had played 45 hours without any problems and then suddenly the EA app started having pixeld dots all over it and the game aswell.
when I tried playing the game the dots got worse and then big lightninglike glitches got all over the screen, eventually the screen turned all white and I got thrown out of the game.

I have been talking to EA help, they have guided me through all kinds of steps to fix this but nothing helps. Its been 3 months and it still doesnt work, I just want to play the game 😔

@kaninkvinnan Moving this to the tech forum.

Could you please post a picture of what you are seeing + your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

Someone else will assist you further.

@kaninkvinnan  That's not a dxdiag.  Please follow Crinrict's instructions and provide all the requested info, in the form of a text file.

@kaninkvinnan  Your dxdiag is full of serious crashes of one of the graphics drivers, which would explain the issues you're seeing.  The driver for your Nvidia graphics card is very out of date, so try installing the newest one from Nvidia:

    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/226797/en-us/

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install.  Restart afterwards and before trying to play.

However, it's possible that this is a hardware problem rather than driver-related.  If the above doesn't help, try forcing Sims 4 to use the integrated Intel graphics chip.  Performance would be significantly worse, at least relative to what the Nvidia card should be able to do, but it's a useful test.  Open Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings, click Browse, choose TS4_DX9_x64.exe from the list, and select the power-saving option.  Then try to play and let me know whether you see the same on-screen glitchiness.
