The VC++ runtime redistributable package error 1602/5100

When I was trying to install The Sims 4, Origin said: "Error: The VC ++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully." Now it is number 1602, but before it was 5100 too. (Do you kno...

    @Hanka41

    I suspect you are not rebooting correctly. Click on the Start/Windows button, click the power/shutdown button and then either fully power off or choose restart.

I uninstalled VC ++ 2010 and 2013, but when I want to install vcredist 2010 (from The Sims 4 location) after reboot, it doesn´t finish the installation (look at the picture).
