There are rainbows on my cas wear.

I’ve already reinstalled the game, updated my mods, removed my mods, reinstalled ea and removed reshade but the problem is still there I don’t know how to remove it but when ever I go to cas and try put a new item on there is this Aurora looking rainbow covering it and if I click on the item my game crashes. Does anyone know a fix?
