    @f80927fc2beb803b  You're running Windows 11 N, which means Windows is missing the Media Feature Pack by default.  Here's how to install it manually:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/media-feature-pack-for-windows-n-8622b390-4ce6-43c9-9b42-549e5328e407

    If that doesn't help, uninstall Sims 4 and the EA App using Revo again.  Disable your antivirus (if you have a third-party program, and even if you don't think so, please check the Task Manager's background processes anyway), install the EA App, create a new folder for Sims 4, and install the game into that.  The folder should be on the root level of the drive of your choice: C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games.  Don't reenable the antivirus until after you've tested Sims 4 at least once.

@puzzlezaddict hello im having the same issues as the original poster but to no avail it still hasn't worked for me. i have went through and updated my geforce drivers, repaired game, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing is working. i just wanted to play with the new pack :C
