Timetravel event can't be complete

PyroBatNL  It shouldn't be a problem, at least not if this event is designed correctly.  There are threads in General Discussion about finding Emit if you've bulldozed Magnolia Park, so he should be around in general for other sims to meet.  And if nothing else, there should be a mod-related way to cheat the relationship if you need to do so.
