I wish i knew how to do any of that. :( i just tried messaging someone. i'm unsure if i'm using mods..i know that i pulled it out and put it into a folder on my desktop through verifying the integrity of the game
Did you add anything manually to the mods folder ?
Usually if you don't know what mods are, it's safe to say, no, you don't use any.
LastCrash/LastException files can be found in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
You can't upload them here so you will either need to copy/paste the content of the file (open it with notebook) or upload to a third party site and link here.
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
