Travel to Gym Deleted Contents of Saves File
I could swear that I've read something about this in the bug reports, but I can't find it, so I'll just post here for now and see if someone can point to somewhere to add more specific details.
The short version - I have 14 different save games, but have only been playing one for the last month or so (since right before GF was released). This is a legacy challenge household, so the only household that is actively played. I had my sim with the bodybuilder aspiration travel to the gym lot in Oasis Springs. When she arrived there, the Movers & Shakers gym was missing from the lot.
At first, I thought I'd just go into build mode and place the gym back there, so went into Manage Worlds > My Gallery > clicked on the gym and then thought "This might screw something up, I should save to a different file before I do this". Backed out, clicked on "Save As", and there was nothing there - none of the games that were previously there, and not the legacy file I was currently playing. Switched to Windows Explorer, and sure enough - the saves folder is there, but it's completely empty. Everything was deleted.
It appears from the "date modified" times on the files, that clientDB.package, Config.log, events.ini, \cachestr\spotlight_en-us.package and the onlinethumbnailcache folder all "updated" at the time the sim traveled to the lot, and then 60 seconds later the localthumbcache.package and the saves folder "updated" (deleted everything from the save folder). The lastcrash.txt and lastexceptionfile.txt are from previous errors and I can't find anything that explains this (other than the fact that I clicked the menu to save the file). I am very lucky, in that I was troubleshooting a different error earlier today, so I have copies of most of the files. At least I will only need to re-play a few days (again!). Still, a huge loss and pain to deal with.
I am playing the base game with RG and the freebies, no mods or cc - never used. I play the game offline and cloud saves are not enabled. Using the 64-bit client running as administrator.
Is there an existing report that I should add my information to? I'm having no luck finding a bug report that matches my experience.
