Trouble i can solved it by myself

I try in my best English to explain my problem.

I have install the sims 4 with packs and dll's. But can't play the sims 4.

The base game is missing.

I have four packs installed trough steam oa the basis game.

I connected de ea.com app with my steam account.

Start the game. All went well. But when i'm in the game all packs are gone. and when i see in the libary from ea.com and steam they are visible and installed.

I installed the game, ea.com and steam on my externe d disc. Becouse my c disc was to small.

I find out that the sims base is for free now and you can download it by ea. com but when i search i can find it.

I don't know anymore. please help.
