Major error when loading the game: Can't play

  Hi!

Its been two weeks that I can't play no more to The Sims. I bought the game 4 years ago, all went good, I been playing with mods. Then, after the last update on Jan 28, the game become so slow,it is impossible to get past the start screen.

There is a mention of DirectX 9 in the bottom left of the screen.

I tried Repair the game, I also also moved " the Sims 4" folder with the user folder in it. Still the same issue.

YEsterday, I removed The sims4, and also the EA hub, and removed register_key and had a Ccleaner. I re-installed the game, and IT DID WORKED !!!!!! But eventually I went to sleep, and I wanted to play earlier today, and the same thing happenned: the game beacome unbearably slow right at the home screen...

The logo of The Sims4 appear, and the crystal is rotating super slow, frame by frame.

I dont know what to do anymore.
