Trouble with EA APP

Is anyone having trouble logging into their game from EA app?  This is the second time that I had repair my Sims4 game and I got two error messages.  I followed all the instructions the first time an...

    Fengjui  These errors are both typically antivirus-related, so please set an exception in yours for EADesktop.exe.  Set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in.  You may need to repair the game again afterwards.

Okay. I got it fixed and so far it worked.  Thanks again for the help. I will keep this in mind..
