Trying to merge households crashes the game and other issues

first off I can't transfer/move any of my sims (even if they get married) It completely closes the game and origin out. As for the taking forever to load when traveling or going into CAS, that wasn't...

Hello,

I would update the graphics drivers for your AMD Radeon HD 8730M graphics card - the latest driver can be found here.

I would also check that the game is using your dedicated graphics card rather than the integrated Intel graphics. A guide on how to achieve this can be found here.

      its a new game.. my first family so i have almost nothing in the inventory

        Do you have any lastcrash.txt files in documents\electronicarts\thesims4\ ? If so, please zip them and upload somewhere and post the link here.
