TS4 - Main Menu Screen Glitch

Hello, I have played TS4 before but I uninstalled it for about a year. I am now getting into it again, but when I downloaded it and opened the application the main menu screen glitches. I play TS4 on...

@yumeko89 A video would be useful to see, although it's difficult to view videos properly on this site. What would be better is if you uploaded it to another site and linked it.

First though, please try switching among fullscreen, windowed fullscreen, and windowed modes, and let me know whether any of them make the Main Menu look normal. In fullscreen mode, try enabling vertical sync as well.

If none of those modes make a difference, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
