Try to download the C++ files directly from Microsoft. Both x64 and x86 are needed:

Install all 4
Also run SFC /scannow
@jpkarlsen Alright, after some handy dandy googling I found that I needed to run the sfc/scannow from the command prompt, however, when I attempt that it says I must be an administrator to do so. The crazy thing is that I most definitely have administrator privileges. I built this computer and also just verified I am an admin, plus the only user of this computer.
