TS4 freezing but not crashing
I recently got a new laptop and everytime I click off TS4 to go like to my browser or something....then I go to click back on, it freezes..I got it to unfreeze eventually but it still does it everyti...

Mommyof2_88 Sorry for the late reply. Does this happen in windowed and "windowed fullscreen" (i.e. Borderless) modes in addition to fullscreen?
Separately, does it help to restart your computer immediately before you try to play, and have nothing else open aside from the EA App? Your dxdiag shows that Teams is crashing, and it might be starting with Windows, so check the Task Manager's Startup list for anything that doesn't need to be running all the time. Anything you disable at startup can still open when you want it to; it just won't open on its own.
puzzlezaddict I figured out it was reshade…, I even tried Gshade and the same thing happened so I’m assuming my new computer isn’t allowing those to work
