TS4 Keeps Crashing after 5 mins

Artimys​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Please also list the locations where you've installed Sims 4 and inZOI, as in, where the EA App and other game launcher place the program files.  And let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.

Hello. I appreciate your timely attempt to help me and apologize for the late response! I believe I have successfully uninstalled inZOI and Steam. The EA app and The Sims 4 are both on my desktop only. OneDrive is running and being used on this computer. The dxdiag file you requested is attached. Let me know if I'm missing anything or if you need anything else. Thank You! 

TS4 keeps crashing after 5 minutes or less rather I load into a save file (which I no longer have any; you will se why shortly) or CAS. I haven't been able to play for over a month now. I assumed it was mods and patches so I was being patient and waiting. Finally I deleted everything out my game, no luck. Uninstall and reinstalled, no luck. And yes, factory reset my computer (honestly overdue tbh.) I have what I think is a pretty decent gaming laptop (MSI Katana 17) and had no issues anywhere else but now I uninstalled TS4 and downloaded inZoi and that too won't load at all stating a storage or memory issue. Both before and after the reset. I have nothing saved on my computer now. My storage reads 800GB left and Ram 31GB available.

I also have Stardew Valley

I use Cloud storage for school work but nothing gaming related. 

I am having the same issue with sims :(
