So the first time I saw this, I clicked Ok. The Sims 4 exited completely but it was still there on my desktop and Origin. Although, it's logo had changed on the desktop. I've tried everything that I can do. I've repaired the game. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled. I put the mods folder on my desktop because I read somewhere that it could have something to do with that. However, nothing has worked. I can get to the open screen where you click play. I can also click to play when I select the household I want but it's the travel screen that doesnt work. When I get to the point where I should go straight into the game, that notification comes up. After a few hopeless tries of opening TS4 again and again because...I thought maybe one of the times it would work, I keep getting to the exact same point before it crashes and goes off. 

I'm not a techno genius either. I've read things about 32 bit and 64 bit. About how you delete loads of folders and reinstall stuff but I'm worried that I'll delete the wrong thing and not be able to play the Sims at all. 

Any help at all would be great because I'm literally stumped. 

I also understand it's Christmas eve...which isn't the best them to ask for help but if you can it would be greatly appreciated. The error has came up again and I don't what to click it...So please, if you can, help!
