Unable to assign specific household members to beds or doors after moving

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Cats & Dogs, Vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move a household. Try to reassign household members to specific beds or try to lock/unlock doors for specific sims
What happens when the bug occurs? After choosing "Assign to bed" every household member, except one, is missing from the list of household members that may be assigned to a bed/coffin. This also applies to locking/unlocking for specific sims
What do you expect to see? Having the option to assign any non-animal household member to a specific bed. Also having the option to assign any household member to locked/unlocked doors.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Started after the 02/04/2020 V1.22 Patch
After moving a household, when choosing the "Assign bed to..." option all but ONE household members are missing from the household list as an option to be assigned. This also applies to locking/unlocking doors for specific sims.
