I downloaded GeForce Experience and it says I have the latest drivers. Should I download/update anything else?

Look at my video for you to have an idea, I can not interact with anything in the live mode.
Not sure but does clicking on the GUI work in live mode ?

Clicking on the cell phone to search any job, it works.
tbh, I believe it's a bug.

Not sure what^s causing it though so it might be a conflict with another program but I would have no idea where to even start looking.
