@GlitterBlitzz I am on Mac and it was similar at what happened to me. Mine froze when I tried connecting to the gallery and it was really frustrating. I moved my Sims folder to the desktop because it had CC and Saves in that I won't get back and uninstall the sims and origin then I reinstalled it and it worked. If this works please let me know, I know it is a pain to uninstall and reinstall but for your game to work and access the gallery it is totally worth it.
P.S make sure to back up your current the sims 4 folder if you have things in there you want.

If you want to follow the advice above and you have a PC instead of a Mac please use Revo free program to uninstall Origin. This will clean all Origin traces from your computer. EA recommends either this or using Ccleaner after uninstalling Origin from the PC.

After this, you can download Origin from this link
- 6 years ago@PeachySimmss How do I uninstall it? I went to control panel > change or remove a program, but The Sims 4 wasn't counted as a program.

You can uninstall The Sim4 in Origin.
Origin/Library right-click on TS4- the option "uninstalling"- 6 years ago@kreatora It isn't in my Origin game library either.
