Buckles9109​  What happens when you try to connect?  If you get an error message, please post a screenshot of it.

Please also make sure the EA App is loaded fully before you try to open Sims 4, and launch the game from within the App (or Steam if you've installed it there).  If the App isn't loading, let me know, and post a screenshot of any error you see there as well.
