    I ended up being able to repurchase the pack on Steam, and I'm remaining on there. The EA app is extremely glitchy. Unfortunate that I had to do so, but this is a 7 year old problem that was solved by being on a different platform.

Additional note: I do notice it says I "do not own this game", but in my screenshots, the Sims 4 is actively installed. I have checked my order history, and it says I have purchased the content. I have a receipt linked to THIS account. It is the only one I've ever had. :')
