Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase

So you accepted an accidental double pay for Home Chef Hustle but it's nowhere in sight in my game library?

So I just brought the new home chef hustle pack from ea. Went through no problems but I can't download it. It's just a blank screen whenever I click on the pack from the ea app. It says I own the add on but it hasn't yet been downloaded. How can I fix this?

Ea states at the top things are taking a little longer than usual to load up but I've been on a blank screen for 25 mins..

I tried to buy the new home chef pack, it double charged me, and I don't have the download. I don't know what to do, when you call ea now, it just has a message that they wont help you by phone anymore, and to go to their website to their chat. So i go to the website to their chat, and it doesnt work. It requires you to choose from the dropdown menu to select platform, but there are NO options, so you cant select, so you cant chat. How am i supposed to contact them? The stupid app took money TWICE and no download???

hello! i just bought a new pack for the sims 4 on the EA app and per usual, it didn't go through into my game despite saying it's been installed. I closed the app and went into origin to install it like I usually do but it went into offline mode as It's needed a "mandatory live update". obviously, i cannot install said update because origin is a dead platform. what do i do? the pack i bought wont register if it isn't downloaded on origin aswell.

go to ea origin and click on manage games and it was there for me.
