If your purchase has completed according to your Order History, please run the EA Error Reporter and share the report ID in this thread.
As this issue isn't affecting all players, we share these report IDs with the investigating team to aid them in locating where the issue stems from.

@EA_Cade Can you please help me as well? I purchased 2 packs (Horse Ranch and Home Chef Hustle) yesterday and they aren't showing up. My report ID is below. Thanks.

UPDATE: So I turned off my mods and when I started the game again - both packs I purchased are showing up! So it seems to be a mod issue - at least from my POV. Please give it a try if you are still having that issue and I hope this help.

I have been waiting for nearly two months for EA to fix this issue. I have done everything they ask me to do. I have chatted with help, I have created tickets, I have tried here on the forums and EA just doesn't care to help or fix the issue.
I requested a refund SIX times in the span of the "Great Game Guarantee" because it became clear they had no idea what was going on. I was ignored or refused every time.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and EA responded with lies - saying they had talked to me and resolved the issue.
The previous thread about Horse Ranch has now been closed, so I believe we have just been forgotten.
This is no way to treat customers. And they are just getting away with it...

This is on purpose. They don't want to help. It's extremely frustrating and disgusting. I have been begging them to fix this issue for me ever since Horse Ranch came out. I still can't play my game. Good luck, but don't hold your breath.

Excuse me, I meant to say THREE MONTHS. Nearly THREE months. I wish that was a joke.
I'm having a similar issue. I bought the DLC 3 days ago. It went through and when i went to download although the option is there nothing happens. I've logged in and out, run app as administrator, uninstalled and reinstalled again, and have use the "repair" option. Yet nothing is working to help download the Chef Hustle Stuff pack. I'm so annoyed at the fact its so hard to reach EA for help, so many loops for a darn question.
