@Da1franksta So just to be clear, is the EA App opening normally now and simply not allowing you to play anything? This isn't really a known issue in the usual sense—the App is working fine for most people, and I haven't seen any information about a specific EA-side problem that would still be current. As an aside, I've also seen the "could not find an installed entitlement for contentIDs" errors in some of my EA App logs while poking around, but that was on a computer with precisely two games installed, both of which worked fine then and work fine now.
I wasn't actually saying that the problem was your wifi. I was saying it was worth testing with a different connection, for example your phone as a hotspot, because that would help distinguish between connection or network issues and other problems. If your computer doesn't support wifi at all, then that's out, but if it does, I'd like to know what happens when it's connected through your phone. You don't need to download anything; just try to play.
If that doesn't help, or your computer doesn't support wifi, please try playing with the EA App in offline mode. I expect it won't work but would like to know exactly what error you get.
In any case, please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
