Hi Everyone,
So I'm having an issue where I am unable to save my games, I have already cleared cache, repaired and uninstalled, I've all my mods out and I have taken my save file out but it is still happening...:(
Anyone know if there is something I'm missing?

I did take everything out and made a new save, looks like it working, Im slowly putting everything back in (for the 3rd time 🙃) and hopefully it works
I also have this issue, I added another level to my house for a collectors run, but when I brought up the game the level was gone! I noticed that I was missing some collectables I KNEW I had, so I thought there were some issues with saving, so I saved MULTIPLE TIMES while building, but it still didn't save anything from that day. I don't have One Drive and I didn't have any trouble with saving before the update.
It looks like for me it was my saves file, seems like some of them are corrupted. So I've decided to just restart fresh.
Nevermind, I really have no idea what the heck is going on with my game :(
Did a new sim and its still not working, all my saves are not there so I'm not sure what is wrong :(
Shadowlori1991 If you still need help, please let me know what changed between when the game would save successfully and when it would not. For example, maybe you downloaded a house from the Gallery, or added a mod or tweaked some mod settings. And check your antivirus again, just to be thorough.
You can also try playing in a new admin Windows account. The new account would have new user folders and therefore new permissions on those folders, so it's a good way to get around a problem with a folder in your current user account.
