Unable to start Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged

Hi I just reset my PC hoping it would start running more smoothly, and now I can't access the sims. I have redownloaded origin and the sims with all my packs (no cc or mods) and I keep getting an err...

    @puzzlezaddict  After a lot of waiting for sims to load, I am in! thank you so much I finally have something to do while I finish my quarantine. Hopefully It'll stay working, if I can ever get out of full screen mode!
