I was able to play on my old laptop with a worse graphics card. I have a Radeon R9 290, so I should have no issues running this. I have updated my drivers.
Cpu: AMD FX-6300 3.5Ghz
GPU: Radeon R9 290
8 GB Ram
Has anyone had a similar problem and found a solution? Was so excited to see how Sims was on a new computer

I haven't found a solution as of yet and I was hoping someone could give me some advice? I was hoping there would be a way to just update my software for free without buying a new video card.

I'm not sure how to find out what type of card I have but maybe you could help me with that too so I can fix the problem.
@lydiakristine If you post your dxdiag, we will be able to know which video card you have and if there are newer drivers for it you could install.
