@torib08  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  If Windows, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you have a Mac, please list its full specs: everything under About This Mac including the operating system and except for the serial number.

Help center does nothing. Says if we report a bug it will be fixed but seeing as the original post is 3 weeks old. i feel we are out of luck.

Mines is doing that as well .. do yk how to fix it?
