Uninstall Deluxe version and go back to limited edition/legacy edition

I just don’t want the deluxe version of the game anymore. EA can keep the $9.99. Someone please help. I want to keep my mods, saves, and tray files. Funnily enough, the “view and manage add ons” fun...

thehoneybeebrey​  It should be removed from your game if it's removed from your account.  Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the game after the support reps tried to help?  If not, I'd do that next.

Aside from that, do you have an EA Play subscription?  That comes with the Deluxe edition too, and as long as you were using the EA Play version of Sims 4, you'd get the Deluxe content.
