Uninstalled Sims 4 can't Reinstall
So, I have the premium versions of Sims 4, and I forgot my old Origin 1D. Ok listen my story is complicated.
I forgot my original origin 1D
I tried resetting it but I forgot my email.
When I try to reset that email - my backup email's password i have forgotten also so i cant access it..
I tried uninstalling Sims 4 off my computer (windows 8)- While creating a new origin account (this one)
and reinstalling it but it kept saying my promo code has already been used in another account. And i used the promo code on my other account...
I dont know what to do!
