Error code: 801 - when trying to play on a different household

Hi 

I am new to the Sims 4 but not to the Sims in general as I used to play years ago.

I downloaded the Sims 4 a few days ago and I created a household which worked fine. I have been playing on that household without issues. I decided to create a new sim for a new house. It let me create the sim and choose the aspirations etc. but when I try to play with it, I get an error message which says:

"The game failed to load. Error Coode: 801. It is recommended that you relaunch the game".

I have tried relaunching the game, repairing the app, uninstalling and reinstalling it and nothing seems to work. I always get the same error message each time when playing with the new household.

Please can somebody give me some advice on how to fix this?
