sims 4 wont launch

My sims 4 will not launch 

i have done everything that i possibly could think of i removed all the mods i have cleared the thumbcache as well i have uninstalled sims and reinstalled it with nothing and it still wont launch when i click launch it just shows the launching screen saying we are currently trying to launch Sims 4  on EA app but nothing happens i have spent hours trying to figure this out and im desperate at this point i haven't played since July 14th 2024 and when i did try to play in late July it did the same thing so i gave up but now i want to get back to playing so please help me

    MikaelaKosovsky  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    Please also let me know what antivirus you use, and whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.
