  • KayyyyyyBabyyyy  I've split your post into its own thread, as the other thread was quite old.

Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Config.log, copy the first 40 or so lines (stop when you get to Options), and paste them into a reply here.  You can delete your user and computer names, about 20 lines down; the file doesn't contain any other personal information.

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

  • KayyyyyyBabyyyy  Your computer's graphics chip is in fact in the database; the issue is it's unsupported because it's too weak to run Sims 4 well.  There isn't much you can do about it, although it could help some to restart your computer immediately before you want to play, and to close all other background apps.  The more resources the system is using for other tasks, the less it has for Sims 4.  This won't help the graphics chip much but can help the processor, and a lot of lag is due to an overwhelmed processor.

The other thing you can do is install the newest graphics driver available for your chip:

If you get an error about no compatible hardware found, try this workaround:
