Unresponsive Installed Packs Sims 4
I updated my game recently but when I opened it, only the base game packs were available. All the other packs I own, even installed, are claimed to be uninstalled. I've reinstalled the entire game but to no avail.

Have you tried going to Marketplace > My Collection and seeing if the packs you own are listed as active or disabled?
