Unsupported Video Card

trr98  Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that your RTX 3060 may have been disabled.  Please click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand Display adapters, right-click the Nvidia RTX 3060, and enable it, then restart your computer.

If you have more issues with Sims 4, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia driver, as described here:
