Vampire weakness points don't decrease and can't finish selection

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a new vampire and choose strengths and weaknesses.
What happens when the bug occurs? The weakness points do not go down when you select them and so you cannot complete the strengths and weaknesses selection. I am able to select more weaknesses than are required when it should stop me after I reach the limit, but it still does not let me finish selection.
What do you expect to see? I expect the tick button at the bottom of the vampire power screen to light up when I select the required amount of weaknesses, so I can give my vampire powers.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It started happening after I installed Strangerville.

I tried getting my sim to take a Reconfiguration drink but nothing changed. I turned the game off and back on again, nothing. I tried travelling to a different lot, nothing happened. 

I selected everything on the Vampire Power screen in the picture to show you what I'm talking about.
