I tried the clean boot and gameplay was faster but the loading travelling screen is still about 10mins and freezes while loading
@Jadebabez86 Please try a clean boot combined with taking your computer offline. I'd like to know whether the internet connection makes a difference. You can sign into Origin and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
If the loading times are still long, please let me know how your system is managing the page file. Here's how to view it:

Instead of changing anything though, please post a screenshot of what you see under Virtual Memory (the last image in the article). Hit Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over that window to capture it, then click the notification in the lower right corner of your screen to open the image.

I followed your instructions and the loading time is still 10 mins. I have attached the screenshot for you
@Jadebabez86 Your screenshot shows that Windows is managing the page file itself, which is normally the best option, but I'm wondering whether it might help to manually increase the size. Since Windows is supposed to handle this well though, I think it's worth checking a couple more things first.
On that note, when you do a clean boot, how much RAM is your system using before you open any apps? You can see the percentage in the Task Manager in detail mode. If it's 50% or so, that's normal; if it's more, please let me know, and please also take a screenshot of the Startup tab in the TM so I can see what services have set themselves to run with Windows.
Please also run chkdsk just to make sure this isn't a problem with your hard drive. There's no indication that it is, but it's better to be thorough.
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste "chkdsk /f /r c:" without quotes, and enter
- You'll be asked to allow a restart; say yes
- When the scan is done, use this guide to find the results
This scan will take some time, perhaps a couple hours, so it's best to set it to run when you're planning to do other things not involving the computer.
