Hello!

Did you try purchasing the vet clinic from a computer/phone? There is also another menu for purchasing the vet clinic, restaurant etc. which didn't seem to work for me but purchasing it right from the computer/phone did. Sorry if this made no sense, I'm not very good at explaining things haha.
