Vet wont examine pet

My cat became sick so I brought her to the premade vet office in Brindleton bay. I have checked my cat in for treatment, but am stuck on the “wait for vet” portion. I have been waiting for at least 12 sim hours at this point. The vet treats other pets, but not my own. I am definitely signed in as the kiosk tells me to “wait until the service is completed”
