Toddler's constantly giving "Frequent Sneezer" notifications

I was playing my 100 baby challenge save when both of the toddlers on the lot began to give nearly constant "Frequent Sneezer" quirk notifications, and every time the notification popped up, the animation of them sneezing would cut into their current animation of whatever they were doing. It has made gameplay incredibly tedious due to them having to stop and sneeze every in-game 15-30 minutes, and the notifications were filling the notif bar within 5 minutes. I tested to see if it was pack-based or mod-based, and removed all mods and all packs (besides growing together) and it still persisted. I played this save before the most recent update when the new Expansion Pack released and I did not have this issue.
