@goddessofbeauty  Your computer's graphics driver is several years old, which could account for the issue.  So please install the newest-available driver from Intel:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart the computer after installing and before trying to play.

By the way, your computer's free storage on C is a bit low.  It's not critical yet, but now would be a good time to think about what you can transfer to D, or at least what you can delete, for example leftover installers or .zip files in Downloads.

It worked and it opened but now it’s just showing a white screen when I try to open it u then it shuts itself down. Should I restart it again?

@goddessofbeauty  Repairing isn't a bad step, but if you want to try something else (or need to because the repair didn't help), please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If that doesn't help either, please post a new dxdiag.

@goddessofbeauty  I have two suggestions, which you can do in either order.  One is to clean-uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver, as described here:

The other is to run a repair install of Windows, as described here (option two):

This shouldn't delete any of your data, but if you get to step 14 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.

The question is why the game isn't working with this driver, which is definitely compatible with Sims 4 in general or we'd be seeing a lot more reports of this issue.  It could be a faulty install of the driver, or it could be an entirely different system resource that's corrupt or missing.
