Warning in launch screen

Warning error saying my PC isn't compatible with 64 bit execution (it is.)

It's telling me to revert back to 32 bit, but isn't that obsolete now?

This PC is very new and use it for pretty much nothing else. 

Is this an error with a previous update?

Please help!
