Weird graphical Aura when moving camera

Hi! I recently downloaded the Sims 4 on my new pc, which is an i9 - 9900k with a 2080ti nvidia graphics card and i've been experiencing some weird issues in game, not in CAS, whenever I move the camera it looks like there is a weird graphical outline around my character and on her face and such, same with buildings and objects, but it's only viewable when the camera is moving.. it's really bugging me out, I couldnt get any screenshot of it or anything. To clarify its like an aura around my character everytime i move the camera, any help?

    Fixed it! So it happened to be my monitor settings I had the response time set to way too high for the sims, so I was getting a ghosting effect, setting it back to Normal fixed the issue~ In case anyone else is having this similar issue i'll leave this here

    Hey, im having the same problem. Where is it at in settings to turn it down? and how much?
