In my current save my windows have started bugging out. The window frames show up where I don't have any windows and the frames disappear around my actual windows. I've restarted my game and my whole PC and I've even repaired my game twice. I don't play with mods so that can't be the cause.
This bug has ruined my supersim save. I already made a bug report on this but I'm pretty sure it was removed and I don't know why.

Do you have the issue only with pools ?
