Weird graphical glitch showing random windows everywhere

In my current save my windows have started bugging out. The window frames show up where I don't have any windows and the frames disappear around my actual windows. I've restarted my game and my whole PC and I've even repaired my game twice, this didn't fix anything. I don't play with mods so that can't be the cause. This has completely ruined my supersim save

NoisySimmer​  I've merged your post with another thread about this issue.  Please try switching to DirectX 9 mode, or remove the basement windows that look into the pool, and let me know whether either one works.

For reference, please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

This bug has ruined my supersim save. I already made a bug report on this but I'm pretty sure it was removed and I don't know why.

Do you have the issue only with pools ? 

I merged this with the existing thread you also posted in.
