    I did see it, that didn't help me but the other day I updated and that helped fix the problem. anyways thank you for the help

You need to turn laptop mod off in the settings.

    I don't have any of those 3 settings checked (uncompressed Sim texture, post processing effects, and laptop mode) but I have tried leaving one checked and the rest unchecked with the three of them, I also removed all my CC and only added one hair and I'm still having this problem, I'm guessing it's something wrong with the game itself. I'm gonna have to uninstall it and install it over again
